His sire Zambesi is a product of an excellent showjumping dynasty. His granddam Alanda jumped internationally with Pieter Kersten. and has also produced international jumpers including It’s the Business and Galanda both by Jasper. Zambesi scored very highly in the performance test at Ermelo in 2008. He displayed very good reflexes and a very good technique. His first foal crop yielded the champion filly-foal of Holland, showing that his pedigree is passed through to his progeny.

After becoming a National 4yr old finalist Gait L has gone on the acheive the goals set out for him every year. He qualified for the HOYS Newcomer final and the Grade C final and has gone on now to jumping 1.45m CSI 2* GP classes with ease. He was recently placed in the Aintree Elite Show Grand Prix and and will be aimed this year at more Internatinal Grand Prix classes.
