Born 2011, he is quick off the floor with masses of scope and technique. Lacoste has stunning markings with 3 big white socks and a white blaze, he commands attention and has the talent to back it up.

He has a strong dam line, with top class stallions such as Balou du Rouet who’s Germany’s youngest millionaire, and has established himself in breeding as the best son of the legendary Babloubet du Rouet. With 41 of his sons are licensed stallions and amongst them there are numerous internationally successful showjumpers, such as, Horse Gym’s Balzaci.

His sire line is just as impressive; Lacoste’s grandsire is Contendro I, whose sire is Contender is one of the world’s leading jumper-makers. Contendro I has had an extraordinary career, 1999 Holstein Premium Stallion, winner of the 2000 Adelheidsdorf Stallion Performance Test, to state a few. Lacoste’s sire Crescendo is an international 1.60m showjumper. His supreme breeding has resulted in a successful career and he has passed these qualities onto his offspring.

He was broken in late, but is catching up quickly. He is currently competing at Newcomer level, and has already had huge success in age classes this summer. In Bonheiden he competed in the 5 year old class coming equal 1st on the first day, and 6th on the second day. He won the British Novice Regional at Cherwell and came 10th at Keysoe International CSIYH1* 5 yo Final. Whilst competing in Bonheiden, Belgium, Lacoste recorded numerous double clears in the CSIYH*; Being placed equal first and 5th. He won the Blue Chip Power Qualifier at Bury farm and has qualified for the Blue Chip Karma Qualifier. He has stepped up to 1.30m classes jumping clear in his first two A,B & C classes at Weston lawns. He recently jumped triple clear in the National 6 year olds at the Welsh masters and jumped triple clear in his Newcomer second rounds to secure his place at the Nationals at Stoneleigh, unfortunately it wasn't meant to be, however, he jumped 3 amazing rounds in the 6 year old final to be placed 3rd.
