Koluno was born in May 2015 and at this early age she is one to watch for the future. A daughter of Numero Uno, who ranked 33rd in the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) in 2014; he is already father to six approved KWPN stallions, and is sire to many champions in International show jumping, ability tests and stallion approvals. His sons Tamino and Tyson were both key members of the Dutch jumping team in 2011, with Tamino going on to be placed 3rd in the Amsterdam Grand Prix in the same month.

Her mother is a KWPN prok graded mare of Voltaire and Contender breeding. Bolerna has competed up to Foxhunter (1.20m/1.25m) level, but unfortunately an injury cut short her showjumping career. Koluno is an intelligent foal with elevated and powerful paces. Set to make 16.1hh-16.2hh.
